Paris

Every year I return to the Paris Tattoo Convention in March. Gives me an excuse to visit great friends mingle with great artists and explore the city a little further every year so I compile and edit a list of my favourite musts.

Dune will have to be my favourite as Chef Evan Leightling is incredibly passionate, and unbelievably creative chef and Theres new dishes pretty much every day.

Followed by classic freckles cuisine at Clown Bar, and finally incredible brunch at Holly Belly (long line but worth the wait) Dersou hand makes their own noodles every day.

At Vivant Cave the chef cooks right behind the bar whilst you fetch your bottle of wine from the great selection at the rear fridge and holds mere 12 people or so.

Abri Soba is packed with Japanese people and I love that has no website or phone number, you have to turn up, line up and get authentic soba and wonderful side dishes, try the dashi omelette.
